Overview
Evermark Mint is operated by Watson Industries LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms of service. These terms govern your use of the Evermark Mint website and the purchase of custom laser engraved brass coins.
Orders and Proof Approval
All orders are custom and made to order. Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your design for review and approval. Production starts only after you have approved the proof. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully for accuracy, including names, dates, spelling, and layout. Evermark Mint is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Revisions
One free revision is included with every order. Additional revisions beyond the first are available for a small fee. Revision requests must be submitted before the proof is approved and production begins.
Custom Orders and Refunds
Because all coins are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns on completed orders unless the coin was produced incorrectly relative to the approved proof. If your coin arrives damaged or with a production error not reflected in the approved proof, contact us at info@evermarkmint.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Artwork and Copyright
You represent that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, photographs, and content you submit for engraving. See our Artwork and Copyright Policy for full details.
