Artwork and Copyright Policy
Your Responsibility for Submitted Artwork
By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, text, characters, or any other content for engraving, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have obtained explicit permission from the rights holder to reproduce it. This includes but is not limited to logos, trademarks, brand marks, service marks, cartoon characters, licensed artwork, copyrighted photographs, and any other material protected by intellectual property law.
Copyrighted and Trademarked Material
Evermark Mint reserves the right to decline any order that appears to involve copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material without appropriate authorization. If submitted artwork includes recognizable brand logos, character designs, entertainment properties, or other clearly protected material, we may request proof of permission before proceeding with production.
Original Artwork and Personal Photos
Original artwork you created, personal photographs you took, and content you own outright are all acceptable for engraving without restriction. If you are unsure whether your artwork meets these requirements, contact us before placing your order.
Indemnification
By submitting an order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evermark Mint and Watson Industries LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission of material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
