What files should I upload?

Accepted Answer

For Vector engraving, we accept .svg, .ai, .pdf, .eps, .png, and .jpg files. Vector files (.svg, .ai, .eps) work best for text and logos. For DepthMap engraving, upload high-resolution .jpg or .png photos. The higher the resolution, the better the engraving detail.

How does numbering work?

Numbering is included at no extra cost. You can choose Serial numbering (001, 002, 003, etc.) where we number sequentially based on your starting number and quantity. Or choose Custom numbering where you specify exactly what numbers you want on each coin - you can use any format like 1/10, A-001, or anything else. Numbering is engraved on the coin during production.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes! Each additional coin of the same exact configuration (size, sides, style, etc.) is 20% off. The first coin is full price, and every coin after that receives the volume discount. This applies automatically when you increase the quantity.

Can I do 2 sides?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can choose 1-sided or 2-sided coins. Two-sided coins have a higher base price and allow you to engrave different designs on each side. If using DepthMap style on a 2-sided coin, you can choose to apply DepthMap to the front, back, or both sides.

Turnaround time?

Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. We send you a digital proof before engraving, and production begins once you give approval. Shipping time depends on your location but typically adds 2–5 days for delivery within the lower 48 states.

Shipping included where?

Shipping is included for addresses in the lower 48 United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, we'll provide a shipping quote after checkout. US orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after production.

Can you engrave copyrighted logos?

We can only engrave copyrighted logos, trademarks, or protected designs if you own the rights or have explicit permission from the copyright holder. Please ensure you have the legal right to reproduce any logos or artwork you submit. We reserve the right to request proof of permission for recognizable brands or copyrighted material.
